Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Portfolio Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and managing management information systems to ensure appropriate governance, control, and management of the workforce and financial plans.

You will collaborate with domain leads, release train managers, product owners, and enterprise architects to conduct regular reviews of the resource and cost profile, challenging the status quo and driving informed decision making about priorities.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience of portfolio management theories, models, and practices, including scaled Agile frameworks and Prince 2 methodologies, within an Agile or DevOps environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Design, implement, and maintain MI reporting suites (MS Excel)
  • Strong Strategic Workforce Planning and Cost Management skills
  • Highly analytical - able to analyze complex and voluminous data to reach robust conclusions
  • Good collaboration and stakeholder management skills
