
Office Administrator

1. Welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, creating a positive first impression of the consultancy firm.
3. Manage the schedule for immigration consultants, booking consultations, and follow-up appointments for clients.
4. Record client arrival, ensure they have completed necessary forms, and direct them to the appropriate consultant or waiting area.
5. Collect required documents from clients, verify completeness, and prepare them for consultants to review.
6.Update and maintain client information in the firm’s database, ensuring data is accurate, organized, and secure.
7.Brief clients on basic visa processes, documentation requirements, and other general procedural details before they meet with a consultant.
8 Process payments for consultation services, issue receipts, and handle basic financial transactions at the front desk.
9.Communicate with consultants and administrative staff to ensure smooth workflow, coordinate client schedules, and provide relevant client information.
10. Keep track of office supplies and order replacements as needed, ensuring the front desk area is stocked and organized.
11.Organize, file, and retrieve documents or records for consultants and support the overall filing system within the office.
12. Answer incoming calls, redirect calls to appropriate staff, and relay messages when necessary.
13. Protect client confidentiality by handling sensitive documents and information securely and professionally.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
