Office Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Office Management**:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Oversee maintenance and repair of office equipment and facilities.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Prepare and maintain reports, documents, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate records, including filing systems and databases.
- **Coordination**:
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external partners.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including workstation setup and orientation.
- Support HR and accounting with documentation, timesheets, and expense tracking.
- **Compliance & Safety**:
- Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
- Monitor adherence to health and safety regulations.
**Key Qualifications**
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**:
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role (2-3 years preferred).
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with office management software (e.g., ERP systems) is advantageous.
- **Soft Skills**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
Pay: ₹10,285.35 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift
