**What You’ll Do**:

- Be the first point of contact for customers and provide friendly, solution-driven support.
- Learn how to track, log, and resolve customer issues in real time.
- Collaborate with different teams (sales, operations, tech) to ensure smooth resolutions.
- Collect and share customer feedback to improve processes and services.
- Contribute to building a “customer-first” culture within the team.
- Go the extra mile to create **customer delight moments**.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A student or fresher with a passion for people and problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Positive attitude, patience, and a team-player mindset.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and think on your feet.

**What You’ll Gain**:
