**Job description**
**Roles and Responsibility**
- Have to manage the entire D2C business.
- Lead ROI-driven paid advertising efforts on Facebook, compose relevant ad copy, create new campaigns, develop and implement A/B tests on copy and landing pages, and publish a weekly ROI report.
- Understand organisation goals and how to maximise those measures of success through tactical strategies, technologies, and data analytics.
- Suggest Landing page optimisations for a better conversion rate.
- Manage persona-driven ad requirements with the help of the content and creative team.
- Manage and monitor growth by implementing campaign solutions; build campaigns, monitor and optimise for performance and work towards performance-driven marketing objectives.
- Manage the implementation, tracking, and measurement of integrated 360-degree, digital marketing campaigns within the timelines and budgets.
- Continuous experiment and run A / B Testing on campaigns, messaging and targeting to improve ROI.
- Religiously track funnel conversion and identify key areas for improvement. Engage with the concerned team to drive engagements and deliver results
**Qualifications and requirements**
- 2-5 years of experience managing marketing Ads for.
- Consumer mindset to understand user experience, persona, and personalised marketing.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solver, and independent performer.
- Prior experience in a campaign management role is preferable.
- Have strong tech knowledge and should be aware of day-to-day industry trends.
- Demonstrate organisational skills, flexibility, and ability to produce results in a fast-paced environment.
**Location - Surat**
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
