**performance Marketing Executive Requirements**
- PPC experience - either client side or agency side.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Creative and experimentation mindset.
- Good project management skills.
- Ability to communicate with a variety of people.
- Manage Performance Marketing campaigns (both Google and Facebook) to help acquire new customers and drive traffic towards our platform with a focus on paid tactics.
- Improve audience expansion and customer lifetime value together with the aim of reducing acquisition costs.
- Be responsible for communicating regular metrics and findings from your campaigns and analyzing performance, insights, blockers, and areas of opportunity.
- Optimise ad delivery, landing page conversion, and driving user activations as efficiently as possible.
- Have the creative ability to craft beautiful and enriching content together with the marketing team to enhance your campaigns.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: ₹41,073.78 - ₹71,073.78 per month
