**Responsibilities**:

- **Performance Marketing**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and more.
- Monitor ad spend, analyze performance metrics, and ensure ROI-positive campaigns.
- **Strategic Planning**:

- Identify and implement growth strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Conduct A/B testing on campaigns, creatives, and landing pages to maximize conversions.
- **Reporting & Analytics**:

- Track campaign performance and generate detailed reports with actionable insights.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar to measure success.
- **SEO and Digital Marketing (Optional but Preferred)**:

- Conduct basic on-page and off-page SEO activities.
- Optimize content and keywords to improve organic reach and traffic.
- **Market Research**:

- Analyze audience behavior and market trends to refine targeting and strategy.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with designers, developers, and the content team to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **performance marketing** with measurable results.
- Expertise in paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Ability to track and optimize campaigns for ROI.
- Knowledge of **digital marketing and SEO** is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush, or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A commitment to delivering guaranteed results.
