**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate recruitment client leads leveraging LinkedIn and other social media platforms to generate leads and drive business growth.
- Create and curate engaging content for LinkedIn posts, articles, and other social media channels to showcase our expertise, attract potential clients, and drive engagement.
- Proactively identify and connect with key decision-makers, influencers, and potential clients on LinkedIn to expand our network and generate leads.
- Utilize LinkedIn's advanced search and lead generation features to identify and qualify potential clients based on their industry, location, and specific recruitment needs.
- Engage with prospects through personalized messages, comments, and interactions to establish rapport, nurture relationships, and position company as a trusted recruitment partner.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics, such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates, to track the effectiveness of our social media efforts and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
