**JOB DESCRIPTION**

1. **Specific Recruitment Experience**: You must have hands-on experience in sourcing and recruiting IT Corporate Trainers - not general IT roles.

**Trainers should be from areas like**: ERP: SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP Testing Programming: Java Full Stack, Python UI/UX Databases, Big Data & Analytics Mobile Technologies AI / ML / RPA / Blue Prism

2. **Full Recruitment Cycle Handling**: End-to-end hiring ownership: Source → Screen for skills & interest → Check salary & availability → Schedule → Offer Coordination → Joining follow-up.

3. **Recruitment Knowledge & Skills**: Must understand the IT recruitment market well. Should be able to work with tight deadlines and aggressive targets.

Should be good with Excel and preferably familiar with **ATS tools.**

**US IT recruitment, Non-IT, or HR roles experience will not be considered.**

Excellent written and spoken communication.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,080.92 - ₹33,731.83 per month
