**Job Title**: Customer Support Executive

**Location**: Matunga, Mumbai
**Experience Required**: 2 to 4 years
**Gender Preference**: Female
**Salary Range**: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer complaints and queries efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- **Experience**: 2 to 4 years in customer service or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Professional demeanor and a customer-first attitude.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
