**Role Overview**:
As a Process Associate - US Medical Billing, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring accurate medical claims processing, timely reimbursements, and superior client service. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will contribute to optimized billing workflows and financial success for healthcare providers.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Any Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: 2-5 years in US Medical Billing, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), or a similar healthcare BPO process.
- Communication: Strong English communication and comprehension skills to interact effectively with US-based clients and insurance companies.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS codes, insurance verification, claim submission, denial management, and AR follow-up is preferred.
- Analytical & Technical Skills: Ability to understand medical billing workflows, compliance guidelines, and payer-specific requirements.
- Adaptability: A proactive approach to problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Shift: Willing to work from our office premises at Elippode, Trivandrum.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process medical claims with accuracy and compliance with US healthcare regulations.
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits.
- Handle claim denials, appeals, and re-submissions to maximize reimbursements.
- Collaborate with onshore teams and insurance representatives to resolve billing issues.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
- Meet productivity and quality benchmarks to ensure high performance.
