**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate patient care activities and schedules in alignment with prescribed healthcare protocols.
- Serve as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
- Maintain accurate patient records and document interactions for reference and reporting purposes.
- Address patient inquiries, provide information, and assist in resolving concerns or issues.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to organize necessary medical tests or follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information.

**Qualifications**:

- B Pharm, BSC in medical field
- Preferred: Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to work from our office in Elippode, Trivandrum.
- Willing to work night shift (10:30 PM to 7:30 AM)
