- Coordinate patient appointments, follow-ups, and medical procedures, adhering to prescribed guidelines and schedules.
- Maintain accurate and updated patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Provide patients with relevant healthcare information, instructions, and resources to enhance their understanding and compliance with treatment plans.
- Work closely with healthcare professionals, ensuring efficient and effective care delivery while maintaining a patient-focused approach.
- Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, offering suitable solutions or escalating issues as needed.

**Requirements**:

- B Pharm, D Pharm
- Excellent communication skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach towards patient care.
- Ability to work night shifts and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Immediate Joiners

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift
