**Role Overview**:
As the Documentation Specialist at Ecorgy Solutions, you'll play a pivotal role in our healthcare operations. Your exceptional skills in accurate documentation and clear communication will aid in maintaining precise records, supporting healthcare professionals, and ensuring top-notch patient care.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accurate Documentation: Record and document patient encounters efficiently and accurately in medical records or electronic health systems.
- Support Healthcare Professionals: Assist physicians or healthcare providers by documenting patient histories, examinations, and procedures in real-time.
- Adherence to Guidelines: Ensure compliance with established protocols and documentation standards, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
- Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals to clarify patient information and ensure precise documentation.
- Time Management: Efficiently manage and organize medical documentation tasks, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
- Collaborative clerical duties: Works closely with physicians, performing clerical tasks such as charting clinician visits through effective communication with clinicians.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in medical scribing.
- Medical terminology and human anatomy: Possesses essential knowledge of medical terminologies and human anatomy.
- Proficient in communication: Demonstrates exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and analytical abilities.
- Grammar proficiency: Exhibits strong grammar skills in written correspondence.
- Composure under pressure: Ability to maintain composure and perform effectively in high-pressure work settings.
- Willingness to work night shift (10:30 PM to 7:30 AM) at our Elippode office premises in Trivandrum.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
