**Key Responsibilities**

- **Collaborate directly with Doctors to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently.**

- **Maintain high levels of accuracy and consistency in medical transcription.**

- **Ensure clinical documentation meets the standards and guidelines required for compliance.**

- **Assist in updating electronic medical records (EMR) in real time.**

- **Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and adapting to different medical specialties.**

**Who We’re Looking For**

- **Minimum 3 years of experience in medical scribing, preferably in a healthcare setting.**

- **Previous experience working alongside doctors or clinical professionals.**

- **A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (mandatory).**

- **Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).**

- **High standards of accountability, attention to detail, and accuracy.**

- **A strong understanding of medical terminology and EMR systems.**

- **Willingness to work night shifts from our office in Trivandrum.**
