**Key Responsibilities**:

- Transcribe medical reports, including patient histories, examination findings, and diagnostic test results, from voice recordings into written documents.
- Edit and proofread transcribed documents for accuracy, grammar, and formatting.
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of all patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to clarify and obtain missing information from reports.
- Maintain a high level of productivity and meet daily transcription quotas.
- Utilize medical terminology and industry-specific knowledge to accurately transcribe medical reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in medical transcription.
- Proficiency in English communication, both written and spoken.
- Exceptional listening skills and the ability to decipher complex medical terminology.
- Fast and accurate typing skills with a minimum typing speed of [insert typing speed].
- Knowledge of medical terminology, abbreviations, and drug names.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and transcription software.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills.
