Billing Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and generate customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner using SAP.
- Verify purchase orders, goods receipt notes, and dispatch documents before billing.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure dispatches are billed as per client SLAs.
- Track billing status and maintain billing logs and MIS reports regularly.
- Reconcile billing data with dispatch records and resolve any discrepancies.
- Coordinate with clients/customers for billing clarifications or disputes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws (GST, TDS, etc.) and company policies.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to billing.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of billing records.
**Requirements**:
- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum **2-3 years** of experience in billing/invoicing, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- **Hands-on experience with SAP billing module** is a must.
- Knowledge of GST, e-way bills, and TDS applicable to warehouse/logistics operations.
- Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience working in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain setup.
- Familiarity with inventory management and dispatch documentation.
- Basic understanding of financial reconciliation.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
