The Billing Staff is responsible for accurately generating, processing, and managing invoices and billing-related documents. This role ensures timely and accurate billing to clients or customers, maintaining detailed records, and resolving billing discrepancies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Invoice Generation and Processing**:

- Generate invoices based on provided data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Process invoices and credit memos in a timely manner.
- Verify the accuracy of billing information, including customer details, products/services provided, and pricing.
- **Payment Processing and Tracking**:

- Record and track payments received from customers.
- Reconcile payments with invoices and resolve any discrepancies.
- Generate and distribute payment reminders and statements.
- **Customer Service**:

- Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing issues, payment status, and account information.
- Resolve billing disputes and discrepancies in a professional and timely manner.
- **Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships.**.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure compliance with company billing policies and procedures.
- Assist in generating billing reports for management.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and billing information.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
