A Dispatch Coordinator manages the efficient movement of goods or services, prioritizing routing, communication, and issue resolution. This role requires strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills to streamline operations and ensure timely deliveries.

**What Do We Expect:

- **
- Coordinating and scheduling the delivery of gifts with carriers and delivery personnel.
- Maintaining accurate records of orders, shipments, and delivery schedules.
- Basic Computer Proficiency especially MS EXCEL.
- Communicating with customers and clients to provide updates on the status of their orders.
- Troubleshooting and resolving any issues or delays in the delivery process.
- Maintaining inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of
goods.
- Ensuring that all delivery-related documents are properly completed and filed.
- Collaborating with the customer service team to resolve any issues related to gift deliveries.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
