We’re looking for an experienced, reliable, and proactive professional to help streamline our logistics, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain smooth communication between drivers, customers, and service providers.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Dispatch and monitor drivers’ daily progress to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Plan and coordinate efficient routes for drivers, optimizing schedules and resources.
- Manage daily loads, equipment, and all pickup and delivery appointments.
- Serve as the main point of contact, providing clear and professional communication with customers, brokers, and carriers.
- Ensure all logistics are in line with company policies and procedures.
- Resolve shipping/receiving issues and handle any freight problems quickly and effectively.
- Maintain detailed logs and reports, keeping everything on track.
- Safeguard that all safety procedures and regulations are followed.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Organizational skills with a flexible, problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Ability to handle pressure and prioritize tasks.
- Previous dispatching experience (min. 2 years) is a must.
- **Bachelor’s degree** or equivalent preferred.

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
