Looking for a Dispatch Coordinator with experience in dispatching gifts and rewards. He/She will be responsible for managing the logistics and delivery of gifts to customers or clients. They work closely with suppliers, carriers, and delivery personnel to ensure that goods are delivered accurately, on time, and in good condition. They must have strong communication skills.. A background in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management, as well as experience in gift dispatching, is often preferred for this role.

**What Do We Expect**
- Coordinating and scheduling the delivery of gifts with carriers and delivery personnel.
- Maintaining accurate records of orders, shipments, and delivery schedules.
- Communicating with customers and clients to provide updates on the status of their orders.
- Ensuring that gift shipments comply with all relevant regulations and requirements.
- Monitoring carrier and delivery personnel performance to ensure that they meet service level agreements.
- Troubleshooting and resolving any issues or delays in the delivery process.
- Maintaining inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Ensuring that all delivery-related documents are properly completed and filed.
- Collaborating with the customer service team to resolve any issues related to gift deliveries.

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
