**Job role**:A Dispatcher will be responsible for pre-planning loads and looking of loads. He/ She has to report to the Operations Manager. The person needs to takes charge of the entire pre-planning/ updating/ completing trips process to ensure all shipments meet pick-up and delivery times and are completed according to appointments and expectations.

**Job details**:

- Position: Dispatch Coordinator
- Experience: 1-5 years
- Education: Bachelor's or master’s degree
- Location: Mohali, Punjab
- Package: 30k - 35k + Incentives
- Full time, Work from office, 5 Days working

**Skills required**:

- Attention to detail
- Ability to meet urgent deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
- Scheduling and Rescheduling the appointments and updates the drivers, brokers and receivers regarding loads.
- Liable for on time delivery and his/her work starts from Assigning a Driver to taking POD of the load and sent to the client then after unloading work will be finished.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Booking of Loads.
- Route and match loads in a cost-effective manner.
- Need to Monitor any sudden route changes or road construction issues and work with drivers to establish new routes for timely.
- Ensuring the on-time pick up and delivery of loads
- Ensure Driver has all paperwork and load info necessary to complete their load satisfying both customer expectations and HOS regulations.
- Strong ability to multitask and take fast decisions.
- Scheduling and dispatching the Logistics Drivers as well as monitoring workflow to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Handle customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
- Making initial calls to survey the freight market trends.
