Territory Sales Executive

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales and achieve targets for seed products within the designated Karnataka territory.
Identify and approach potential customers, including farmers, retailers, and distributors, to expand market reach.
Conduct on-field visits to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and understand their requirements.
Plan and participate in farmer meetings, field days, and other promotional events to enhance product awareness.
Provide product information, demonstrate benefits, and offer technical guidance to customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies as needed.
Collect feedback from the field to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track performance against targets.
Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate promotional activities and ensure alignment with the company's goals.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry developments.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in any field
1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the seed or agricultural industry.
Familiarity with Karnataka's agricultural landscape and local farming practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Kannada and English; additional local languages are a plus.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Willingness to travel extensively within Karnataka.
Pay: ₹13,395.24 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
