**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop customized training programs based on individual assessments and goals.
- Conduct one-on-one training sessions, ensuring proper technique and safety.
- Educate clients on anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics to enhance their understanding of fitness.
- Promote health club services and facilitate fitness sales through effective communication.
- Monitor client progress and adjust training plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle choices to support overall wellness.
- Maintain a clean and safe training environment in accordance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with other fitness professionals to enhance program offerings.

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of program design tailored to various fitness levels.
- In-depth understanding of anatomy and physiology as it relates to physical fitness.
- Experience in health club environments with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in body mechanics to ensure safe exercise practices.
- Background in fitness sales, demonstrating the ability to promote services effectively.
- Experience in teaching physical education or sports coaching is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
- Ability to adapt training methods based on individual client needs and preferences.
