**Job Role**:
**WordPress Trainer - Part Time: Who can conduct sessions in Marathi**

**Metaverse Learn**:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced **WordPress Trainer - Part Time** **who can conduct the sessions in Marathi & can prepare session contents (PPTs, assignment files, practice files etc.)**

**Details**:

- **Mode**: 100 % Live Online
- **Location**: Work from Anywhere
- **Role Type**: Part-Time
- **Medium of Instruction**: Marathi + English
- **Target Audience**: Students, Professionals, Entrepreneurs

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver well-structured, interactive WordPress training sessions
- Create practical assignments and project-based learning modules
- Guide learners through building real-world WordPress websites
- Stay updated with the latest WordPress tools, plugins, and industry trends
- Provide feedback, troubleshoot learner issues, and mentor learners toward proficiency

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Minimum 6 years of relevant industry or training experience in WordPress
- Strong knowledge of WordPress themes, plugins, SEO basics, and page builders (Elementor, Divi etc)
- Ability to teach and communicate effectively in both Marathi and English
- Prior experience in training, freelancing, or web development preferred

**Process**:
We follow trainer empanelment process
- **Step 1**:
We need your 15min of demo video where you are teaching any practical topic in Marathi and your camera must be on

**Step 2**:
Once we receive demo, our team will evaluate it. If we get positive revert on the video, there will be on live demo session of 1Hr

**Step 3**:
There will be rehearsals of first couple of sessions of our schedule

**Key points -**
We are very particular about the quality, there will be a tech-check 20mins prior to every session to ensure smooth experience to our learners.

You **must** adhere to following -**:

- Noise cancellation headsets**:

- Disturbance free environment, No distractions**:

- No use of mobile while conducting session (Mobile should be on silent)**:

- Proper lights on the face (No shadows on the face)**:

- Blurred background while conducting session**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 5 - 8 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Language**:

- Marathi (preferred)
