**Digital Marketing Trainer - Part Time: Who can conduct sessions in Marathi**

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced **Digital Marketing Trainer - Part Time** **who can conduct the sessions in Marathi & can prepare session contents (PPTs, assignment files, practice files etc.)**

**Details**:
**Mode**: 100 % Live Online

**Location**: Work from Anywhere

**Role Type**: Part-Time

**Medium of Instruction**: Marathi + English

**Target Audience**: Students, Professionals, Entrepreneurs

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create course plans, learning materials, and real-world projects
- Conduct quizzes, assignments, and assessments to evaluate learner progress
- Provide personalized feedback and career guidance
- Help learners build a strong foundation in digital marketing tools and strategies

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or training
- Expertise in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, WordPress, etc.
- Ability to teach and explain complex concepts clearly in both Marathi and English
- Prior experience in training, freelancing preferred

**Process**:
We follow trainer empanelment process
- **Step 1**:
We need your 15min of demo video where you are teaching any practical topic in Marathi and your camera must be on. Do not record the demo video on mobile, use laptop and use PPT/whiteboard or anything for content.

**Step 2**:
Once we receive demo, our team will evaluate it. If we get positive revert on the video, there will be on live demo session of 1Hr

**Step 3**:
There will be rehearsals of first couple of sessions of our schedule

**Key points -**
We are very particular about the quality, there will be a tech-check 20mins prior to every session to ensure smooth experience to our learners.

You **must** adhere to following -**:

- Noise cancellation headsets**:

- Disturbance free environment, No distractions**:

- No use of mobile while conducting session (Mobile should be on silent)**:

- Proper lights on the face (No shadows on the face)**:

- Blurred background while conducting session**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 5 - 8 per week
