**Job Description: Digital Marketing Trainer (Tamil)**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Training Delivery**: Conduct engaging and informative training sessions, both online and in-person, to a diverse range of learners, from beginners to advanced professionals.
- **Learner Assessment**: Evaluate learner progress and provide personalized feedback to ensure effective learning.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing to maintain the relevance of training materials.
- **Content Creation**: Develop and curate high-quality training materials, such as presentations, handouts, and case studies, in Tamil.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members to identify training needs and develop solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Fluency in Tamil**: Excellent written and spoken Tamil language skills are essential.
- **Digital Marketing Expertise**: Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices, with a proven track record of success in the field.
- **Training Experience**: Proven experience in delivering effective training sessions to individuals and groups.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively in Tamil.
- **Passion for Learning**: A continuous desire to learn and stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends.

**Additional Skills**:

- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms).
- Knowledge of instructional design principles.
