**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on various marketing concepts.
- Develop course materials, case studies, and practical exercises.
- Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and tools spanning through Offline Marketing and Digital Marketing.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to students/professionals.
- Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Trainer or Digital Marketer.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to create engaging course content and deliver training both online and offline.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certifications like Google Ads, HubSpot, or Facebook Blueprint are a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience in corporate training or ed-tech platforms.
