Job Description: Social Media Marketing Trainer

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Develop and Deliver Content**: Design, update, and deliver comprehensive training materials and courses on social media marketing, including but not limited to social media strategy, leveraging AI tools for marketing, and creative content creation.
- **Interactive Sessions**: Conduct lively, interactive workshops and advanced sessions tailored to various skill levels, ensuring participants remain engaged and absorb the material.
- **Schedule Flexibility**: Adapt to a flexible work schedule, including evenings or weekends, to accommodate the needs of our global audience.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with our operations team to schedule sessions, update course materials, and address any logístical challenges.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing to ensure the training material is current and relevant.
- **Feedback Incorporation**: Collect and respond to feedback from participants and the operations team to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of the training programs.
- **Participant Engagement**: Foster a positive learning environment, encourage participation, and address participants' questions and concerns promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a social media marketer or trainer, with a solid portfolio of successful campaigns or training sessions.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, analytics, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using AI tools for content creation and marketing automation.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a virtual audience.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a flexible schedule.
- A collaborative spirit, willing to work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of training sessions.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Certification in social media marketing or digital marketing is a plus.

Compensation:

- This is an hourly position, with compensation commensurate with experience and market rates.
- Payment is billed monthly with a NET15 payment cycle.

**Salary**: ₹1,000.00 - ₹2,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 12 per week
