**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars to diverse audiences.
- Assess training needs and tailor content to meet the unique requirements of various teams.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in AI and digital marketing to ensure training content is current and relevant.
- Provide hands-on experience with AI tools and platforms used in digital marketing, such as predictive analytics, customer segmentation, and automation tools.
- Create and manage training materials, including guides, presentations, and e-learning modules.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments, making adjustments as necessary.
- Collaborate with marketing and technology teams to ensure the integration of AI strategies into existing campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience in creating and delivering training programs or workshops.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools used in digital marketing, such as chatbots, machine learning algorithms, and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment and across different departments.
- Passion for education and sharing knowledge with others.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Certifications in digital marketing or AI (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, AI/ML certifications).
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
