Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees in various design and engineering software. This role is crucial in ensuring that our team is proficient in the latest technologies and methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive training materials and programs tailored to different skill levels.
  • Conduct engaging training sessions on software applications including SketchUp, NavisWorks, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation, SolidWorks, and other relevant tools.
  • Facilitate hands-on workshops that cover mechanical design, schematics, drafting, CAD principles, construction processes, and 2D animation techniques.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve content delivery.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and align programs with organizational goals.
  • Provide ongoing support and resources to employees post-training to ensure retention of skills learned.

Skills

  • Proficiency in design software: SketchUp, NavisWorks, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation, SolidWorks.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and construction processes.
  • Expertise in drafting techniques and CAD applications.
  • Ability to create engaging training content that caters to various learning styles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey information.
  • Experience in 2D animation is a plus.
