**Job Timing**: 10:30 am to 7:30 pm.

**Work Days**: Monday to Friday

**Education Qualification**:Bachelor’s degree in any field.

**Work Experience Required (Years)**:1 - 3 years of experience

**Key Skills Required**:

- Ability to work proficiently with working on Excel/spreadsheets and Word/documents. (Zoho knowledge preferable)
- Ability to manage and handle the Import documentation process efficiently.
- Ability to keep things Organised.
- Ability to manage a team and ensure work is done.
- Ability to communicate and coordinate with effectiveness.
- Ability to Handle tasks efficiently and multitask.

**Responsibilities Deliverables**:

- Proficiency in Knowledge of **IMPORT**.
- Coordination with CHA, Freight forwarder, Shipping line for shipment.
- Knowledge of BIS (Applicable Electronics products like Amplifier, Subwoofer etc.) and WPC (applicable for wireless products).
- Respond effectively and resolve any query raised by customs.
- Follow up with Airlines, Courier agencies, Clearance Agent for Import shipment.
- Product Procurement for locally and outside India, Negotiate with vendors to reduce costs.
- Creating an Invoice, Purchase Order, Courier Booking.
- Receive the packing list from the shipper and accordingly get quotes from the freight forwarder.
- Maintain Excel sheet proficiently.
- Creating an Invoice, Purchase Order, Courier Booking and follow up with local courier.
- Keeping an update on Day to Day Activities of Warehouse.
- Warehouse stock updation cross verification.
- Handling Warehouse team & operations.
- Follow up with Airlines, Courier agencies, Clearance Agent for Import shipment
- Tracking and monitoring the scheduled delivery.
- Managing day to day activities of the warehouse.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
