**Job Title: Import Executive**

**Location**:Head Office, Turbhe, Mumbai

**Role Brief**:
As a Senior Import Executive, you will play a critical role in our supply chain operations, working closely with suppliers, customs authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure the seamless and cost-effective importation of goods. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity of our supply chain, minimizing risks, and driving continuous improvements in our import operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing Import clearance follow up with CHA
- Coordinate with Freight forwarder
- Co-Ordinate with Suppliers
- Follow-up and arrange Transportation
- Co-ordinate with Warehouse Manager for dispatches
- Co-ordinate with Accounts for E-way bill and payment
- Co-ordinate with CFS/Bonded Warehouse manager for dispatches
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Supply chain or related field required.
- **3yrs of experience in a Food import company as import executive min 3yrs**:

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.(e.g. Business Central/Navision)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English is Must).
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, shippers, and CHA.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Thorough understanding of company products and logistics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year
