Position: Import Pricing Supervisor - Mumbai

We are looking for a young, driven and detail-oriented Import Pricing Supervisor to join our Mumbai team. The ideal candidate will lead the import pricing team ensuring accurate landed costing, competitive pricing and compliance with company policies and import regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and guide the import pricing team in collecting and analyzing cost data.

· Review and approve landed cost calculations, including freight, insurance, duties and other import-related expenses.

· Ensure timely updates of supplier prices, freight rates and customs charges.

· Coordinate with operations, finance and sales teams to maintain pricing accuracy.

· Monitor market trends, exchange rate fluctuations and freight costs to adjust pricing strategies.

· Prepare and present pricing reports and profitability analysis to finance and management.

· Support cost optimization initiatives and identify opportunities for margin improvement.

· Ensure compliance with internal pricing policies and government import regulations.

· Collaborate with overseas offices to align on global pricing strategies and opportunities.

Requirements:

· Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience in pricing within the freight forwarding industry.

· Strong understanding of logistics operations, freight industry, international trade and customs processes.

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field preferred.

· Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.

Position: Import Pricing Executive - Mumbai

We are looking for a young, driven and detail-oriented Import Pricing Executive to join our Mumbai team In this role you will manage and analyze import costs, coordinate with suppliers and freight partners and ensure our pricing stays accurate and competitive.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collect and analyze pricing data from overseas suppliers, freight forwarders and clearing agents.

· Prepare accurate landed cost sheets by including freight, insurance, customs duties, exchange rates and other import-related costs.

· Maintain and update the import pricing database regularly.

· Support the sales and operations teams with accurate timely quotations.

· Monitor market trends, competitor rates, pricing activity across trade lanes, freight tariffs and customs regulations that may impact pricing.

· Generate periodic pricing and cost analysis reports for decision-making.

· Collaborate with overseas offices to align on global pricing strategies and opportunities.

Requirements:

· Minimum 2–3 years' experience in pricing within the freight forwarding industry.

· Strong understanding of logistics operations and freight industry products and services.

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.

· Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
