  • Manage import pricing for freight forwarding services, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

  • Prepare quotations and proposals for clients, considering factors such as shipment size, weight, volume, and destination.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to optimize pricing strategies and stay ahead of competition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries related to pricing and service offerings.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-7 years of experience in Import Pricing or a related field (Freight Forwarding).
  • Strong understanding of air freight, ocean freight, sea freight forwarding concepts.
  • Ability to prepare accurate quotes and proposals based on complex shipping requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹60,000.00 per month
