The Import Executive is responsible for managing the importation of goods, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing the import process to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth import operations
- Prepare and submit import documentation, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and customs forms
- Ensure compliance with import regulations, including tariffs, taxes, and trade agreements
- Manage import costs, including freight, insurance, and customs duties
- Track and trace shipments, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing delays
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams
- Develop and maintain knowledge of import regulations, trade agreements, and market trends

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in import operations or a related field
- Strong knowledge of import regulations, customs procedures, and trade agreements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in import software and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
