**Primary Roles and Responsibilities**
Purpose of the Job Role
Administrative Assistant is a professional who perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
Primary Responsibilities
Admin Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
- Organize and schedule appointments by creating and executing schedules, communicating with staff or clients who need assistance.
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system and keeping organize records
- Responsible for maintaining effective workflows within the organization
- Book travel arrangements
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Role Outcome
Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. May direct and lead the work of others. Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
**Qualification Criteria**
Minimum Educational Qualification
Graduate or bachelor's degree in a field such as business administration, finance, accounting or another closely related discipline.
Number of Years of Experience & Required Specialized Knowledge
2 to 4 years professional work experience related to Office Administration
**Required Skills**:
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Location
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bannerghatta Rd, Bengaluru - 560076, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
