Administrative Assistant

**We are looking to hire an Administrative Assistant based in Bangalore**:
- Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project management trackers
- Coordinate with printers and suppliers for project related materials
- Order project related supplies and maintain inventory
- Data entry
- Attend meetings (in consultation with project managers) and take detailed minutes
- Organise and schedule training sessions with customer schools
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Support in activities related to customer engagement
- Provide general support to team members.
Required:
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and Google Apps
- Extremely detail oriented and can complete tasks in an efficient and organised manner.
- Good communication skills in English
- Project coordination and administrative skills
Qualifications / Work experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative work / program coordination

- Eagerness to learn and work in a diverse team
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving approach
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Ability to work on weekends (occasionally)
