Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant based in Bengaluru. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone calls, maintaining records, scheduling appointments, and performing clerical tasks. The role requires handling communication with internal and external stakeholders efficiently and assisting executives with administrative tasks as necessary.

- Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
