Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Administrative Reception Assistant. The Administrative Reception Assistant will be responsible for daily receptionist duties, providing customer service, answering phones, and handling administrative tasks. The role involves managing communications, greeting and assisting visitors, and maintaining office operations efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Experience in Administrative Assistance
- Effective Communication abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with office software
- Prior experience in a similar role or setting is beneficial
