**Job Title**: B2B Sales Specialist - Educational Seminars
**Experience Required**: 5-6 Years in B2B Sales (Preferably in Education, EdTech, or Training Services)
**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify, approach, and build partnerships with colleges and universities.
- Plan and conduct impactful seminars/presentations tailored for students and faculty.
- Meet monthly sales targets through direct engagement during seminars.
- Manage end-to-end coordination for events including scheduling, logistics, and follow-up.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in institutions.
- Track and report seminar outcomes, leads generated, and conversion metrics.
- Represent the brand professionally and consistently across all engagements.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- 5-6 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the education, training, or EdTech sector.
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively (21+ days/month).
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage a travel-heavy schedule.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
