**What You'll Bring**:
The incumbent will oversee and assist in the development of the conceptualization, evaluation, and implementation of strategies, plans, and priorities for a comprehensive IT service by driving the Scrum & Agile initiatives in the BSE portfolio. S/he is concerned with the needs of internal departments and customer contracts and establishes priorities for service continuance as well as development of new or modified product services
- Driving the requirements in large programs and projects in the BSE portfolio under the Scrum/Agile methodology
- Responsible for overseeing the development of consumer related features & platforms
- Collaborate with product team to understand their expectations and requirements from the platform; create project plan and leverage already existing and new technologies to meet these requirements
- Assist in the translation of business requirements into practical IT solutions that can be implemented by facilitating collaboration between multiple teams.
- Ensuring optimum utilization of resources allocated to the portfolio
- Looking into risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Adherence to the program/project management plan and cost control
- Establish and communicate performance standards and expectations by providing ongoing coaching, training, mentoring, developing and evaluating all aligned to them

**Impact You'll Make**:

- Master’s degree or technical Bachelor’s in Business Administration/ IT/ computer science or a related field
- Minimum 15 years of experience in related domain
- In-depth knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodology
- Technology program management and coordination skills
- Understanding of current IT technologies
