**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development**:

- Identify and prospect potential clients (e.g., corporate clients, event organizers, venue managers, private individuals, etc.) for services/products.
- Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, online research, and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and new business opportunities within the entertainment sector.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor entertainment solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Provide exceptional pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
- **Sales & Revenue Generation**:

- Present and pitch offerings (e.g., event management, artist bookings, specific entertainment concepts, venue tie-ups, etc.) to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to close sales deals effectively.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
- **Market Intelligence**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the management on market demands and client preferences to help refine offerings.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless execution of projects and client satisfaction.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably within the entertainment, events, hospitality, or media industry.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
