**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Serve as an emerging member of an 55IP Global Application (Tech / Production) Support team to provide technical assistance to 55IP and JPMorgan clients.

**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible & accountable for triaging and escalating production issue causing outages.
- Adhere to processes, company policies, required to deliver high quality services to clients & partners.
**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- **5-7** years of profession experience with at least 3 years in Production Support
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience in related technical field.
- Working knowledge in one or more general purpose programming languages such as Python, shell scripting
- Advanced skills in monitoring & administering Linux systems.
- Database server monitoring, including intermediate-level understanding of SQL.
- Understand source control techniques and/or familiar with Git / BitBucket
- Proficient in technology toolkits as **ServiceNow**, Jira, Splunk, Monitoring tools like Dynatrace, **AWS Cloudwatch, Datadog**, Geneos and job scheduling tools like Airflow, Autosys and Control-M.
**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Familiar with site reliability concepts, principles, and practices
- Familiar with observability such as white and black box monitoring, service level objective alerting, and telemetry collection using tools such as Grafana, Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk, and others
- General knowledge of financial services industry _(preferred)_
