We are primarily looking at young and enthusiastic individuals with 2 years of work experience in handling registration support for events, exhibitions, conferences. He/She should be capable of working with large database, and ability to handle delegate and faculty issues and resolve quickly.

**Job type**: Full time work from home job (remote).

**Work hours**: 10.30 am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday, any 2 Saturdays working in a month. Flexible working hours will be provided as per work load due to the nature of business.

We expect you to have your own laptop & a good wifi service.

**Pay Range** - 20,000 - 30,000 per month

**ABOUT ONFERENCE**:
Onference is a mobile and web platform that allows doctors to learn from one another by sharing academic videos instantly.

Our vision is to unify doctors from across the world on our platform, allow them to easily create and share academic videos and thereby change the way they learn.

Our goal is to win customers by creating a valuable platform that any doctor will choose to pay to use eventually. To that end, our focus is on building a sustainable and profitable business first, and then chase growth.

**SCOPE OF WORK**:
1. Understanding events requirement as per brief given

2. Creating events program on excel.

3. Create various type of forms using Ms. Form, Google Form etc. for data collection.

4. Clean, manage, present data as required.

7. Learn, research and suggest new tools to improve work efficiency and speed.

**REQUIRED SKILL-SET**

1. Experienced in data management tools like Ms. Excel and Google sheets

2. Advanced knowledge of Ms. Outlook and Gmail.

3. Ability to speak confidently and resolve issue on calls

4. Good written communication skills

5. Good typing speed & ability to close queries on chat, SMS, whatsapp.
