Job Description: Client Relation Executive (Student Support)Position Overview

As a Client Relation Executive specializing in Student Support, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the student experience. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing student queries, coordinating with various departments to provide timely resolutions, collecting fees, and ensuring timely updates and communication. You will also be responsible for generating referrals and meeting monthly admission targets.

Key Responsibilities
- **Problem Solving**: Efficiently address and resolve student queries and issues, ensuring resolutions are provided within 24 to 48 hours.
- **Explanation Skills**: Clearly explain procedures, policies, and any other relevant information to students.
- **Coordination**: Liaise with different departments to expedite query resolution and provide students with timely updates.
- **Fees Collection**: Manage and process the collection of fees from students.
- **Timely Updates**: Ensure that all necessary updates are communicated to students promptly.
- **Attend Student Queries**: Be the first point of contact for students, providing assistance and support for their queries and concerns.
- **Referral and Admissions Target**: Aim to collect quality referrals.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
- **Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and explanation skills.
- Effective coordination and multitasking skills.
- Ability to handle fee collection and related financial transactions.
