**Role Overview**:
As a Client Relations Executive, your role is to maintain and strengthen client relationships by understanding their needs, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering exceptional service. You’ll play a key part in making sure projects stay on track and clients stay happy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand client goals, communicate requirements to internal teams, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Build long-term relationships through regular check-ins, feedback sessions, and updates.
- Address client queries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism.
- Maintain records of client interactions, project status, and service feedback.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and tech teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Upsell or cross-sell additional services where appropriate.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of digital services (web design, SEO, marketing, etc.).
- Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a client-facing role or account management.
- Experience in a digital agency environment is a plus.
