**Role Summary:

- **
We’re seeking a proactive and articulate Client Servicing Executive to join our dynamic team. Your primary goal will be to maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with clients through outstanding communication and timely coordination. You will be the voice of our agency for assigned clients, ensuring their concerns are addressed, deliverables are met, and relationships stay strong.

**Experience Required:

- **
1-3 years of experience in client servicing or account management, preferably in a digital agency**.**
Experience handling international clients (US/UK markets preferred)**.**
Prior experience in SEO or digital marketing coordination is a plus**.**

**Working Hours:

- **
Monday to Friday (WFO)
Office Timings: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

**Key Responsibilities:

- **
Build strong and trusting relationships with clients across campaigns.
Actively follow up on pending tasks and ensure internal accountability.
Manage client updates, meeting coordination, and escalation handling.
Ensure timely reporting, track deliverables, and facilitate weekly status sharing.
Proactively communicate campaign delays, wins, and risks.
Collaborate closely with SEO, Content, and Design teams to align on delivery.

Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Strong attention to detail - no typos, no missed context.
High accountability and ownership of client accounts.
Empathetic, patient, and solution-focused.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Comfortable using tools like Basecamp, Google Sheets, etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
