**Job Summary**

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Serving Executive to handle fee collections, recovery support, and admission-related queries for our EdTech platform. The role involves engaging with students and parents, resolving payment concerns, providing admission guidance, and ensuring smooth end-to-end client support.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage student/parent interactions regarding fee payment, outstanding dues, and recovery follow-ups.
- Resolve admission-related queries, explain course details, and guide applicants through the enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate records of fee payments, pending collections, and escalations.
- Work closely with finance and admissions teams to ensure timely fee collection and seamless admission closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with learners to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Track and report daily/weekly collection performance and query resolution status.
- Escalate complex cases to the concerned departments while ensuring proper follow-up.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Education, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in collections, customer service, admission counseling, or client servicing.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle fee recovery conversations politely yet firmly.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, and payment tracking tools.
- Customer-first mindset with patience and empathy.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience in EdTech or educational institutions.
- Familiarity with payment gateways, loan/EMI processes, or financial recovery.
- Ability to multitask and manage high-volume queries.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
