**JOB OVERVIEW**:
**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Serve as the main point of contact between the company and assigned clients.

2. Understand client needs and objectives; ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.

3. Coordinate with internal departments (design, content, strategy, operations) to execute client projects effectively.

4. Maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication, performance reviews, and proactive support.

5. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients.

6. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.

7. Address client concerns or queries in a professional and timely manner.

8. Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services within existing accounts.

**REQUIREMENT**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.

2. 2-3 years of proven experience in client servicing or account management, preferably in a marketing, creative, or digital agency environment.

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).

4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

5. Excellent problem-solving skills and a client-focused approach.

6. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).

7. A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate client needs.

8. Team-oriented with leadership potential & High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
